FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE & SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

Spring 2026 Season

Ave Maria Jr. NBA is committed to providing structured, competitive youth basketball opportunities to families across our community.

A limited number of need-based scholarships are available for the Spring 2026 season.


Important Registration Requirement

Families seeking financial assistance must complete the scholarship application and receive approval before registering.

Do not complete league registration until scholarship approval has been confirmed.

Scholarship approval is not guaranteed and is based on availability and eligibility.


Scholarship Availability

Scholarships are:

• Need-based
• Limited in quantity
• Reviewed individually
• Awarded at league discretion


Scholarship Types

The league may award:

• Partial Scholarships (most common)
• Limited Full Scholarships (based on demonstrated need and availability)

Scholarship awards apply toward registration fees only.

Uniform production costs are not refundable once initiated.


Eligibility Considerations

Applications may be reviewed based on:

• Documented financial hardship
• Participation in public assistance programs
• Temporary family hardship
• Exceptional circumstances

All information submitted is handled confidentially.


Application Process

  1. Submit the official Scholarship Application Form

  2. Provide a brief explanation of financial need

  3. Upload supporting documentation (if available)

  4. Await approval decision

All applications must be submitted prior to the official team draft.

Late submissions will not be considered.


Approval & Next Steps

If approved:

• You will receive a confirmation email
• Instructions for completing registration will be provided
• Your roster spot will be secured upon registration

If not approved:

• You may choose to register at full season rate if space remains available

All scholarship decisions are final.
