Ave Maria Youth Sports (AMYS) offers financial assistance to eligible families participating in our NFL FLAG Football Winter 2026–2027 season. Full and partial scholarships may be available based on demonstrated financial need and available funding. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or reserve a roster spot. Families must receive approval and registration instructions before registering their child.
Eligibility: Applicants must be participating in the AMYS NFL FLAG Winter 2026–2027 program and meet the following requirements: - Athlete must be between 4 and 16 years old based on age as of January 1, 2027. - Athlete must currently receive Medicaid, SNAP, or WIC benefits. - Parent or guardian must provide documentation showing the athlete's name and active benefit eligibility. - Families must disclose any Every Kid Sports award or other financial assistance received toward registration. All applications are subject to AMYS review and available scholarship funding.
How to apply: Complete the financial assistance application with your child's information, requested division, qualifying benefits, and scholarship request. Indicate whether you are requesting full or partial assistance, how much your family can contribute toward the $175 registration fee, and briefly explain your financial circumstances. You will be required to provide current benefit documentation. Cover Social Security numbers, benefit ID numbers, and account numbers before submitting.
